We ship through registered courier companies for both domestic and international orders.
- International orders: Delivered within 15-20 business days.

SHIPPING CHARGES
Shipping and handling rates vary based on the product, its size and volume, the packaging used, and the shipping destination. The final shipping and handling charges will be displayed at checkout after you provide the shipping address for your order. Shipping is free for domestic orders.
DUTIES & TAXES FOR INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
Duties and taxes for international orders are not included in your order total and are in addition to any shipping and handling charges paid at checkout. Most countries charge duties on imported items, which are levied at the time of port entry. The rates vary depending on the destination country and the products imported. You will need to pay the applicable duties and taxes directly to the shipping agency (e.g., DHL, FedEx) at the time of delivery, upon receipt of an invoice from the shipping agent.
SHIPPING OF PRODUCTS
All orders are processed from our warehouse in Jaipur, Rajasthan. Orders will be delivered to the shipping address provided at checkout.
TRACKING YOUR PACKAGE
Orders that have been processed and shipped can be tracked using the consignment or tracking number provided by the shipping agency. Once your order is shipped, we will email you the tracking number along with information about the shipping agency. You can also track your order status on our website under the “Order Status” link located in the “Customer Assistance” section in the website footer.
NON-AVAILABILITY AT DELIVERY
Our delivery partners will attempt to deliver the package three times before returning it to us. Please ensure that you provide a complete and accurate shipping address, including the postal code and a mobile number. This will help us deliver your order promptly.
MODES OF PAYMENT
For shipping within India, we accept all major debit and credit cards (including Mastercard, Visa, Rupay, and American Express) and also offer Net Banking options across major banks. For all international transactions, we accept major credit cards (including Mastercard, Visa, and American Express).
EXCHANGES AND RETURNS
Making a purchase indicates that you have acknowledged, understood, and agree to adhere to the following terms and conditions. Given the nature of our products, we reserve the sole discretion to provide a resolution to any situation we deem fit. Each exchange and return is handled on a case-by-case basis, and we request you to get in touch with our team for a prompt resolution.
Domestic
As a company policy, we do not provide any refunds. However, we will gladly exchange any item for an alternative size, colour, or style. We will accept requests for exchange only within 15 days of delivery, provided the product is returned in an unmarked and unused condition. Please ensure that the tags and packaging remain intact and in their original condition.
If the packaging appears damaged or tampered with at the time of delivery, please do not accept the package and immediately inform customer care at +91 9358800640 or via email at customercare@suvasa.in.
We request you to email us at customercare@suvasa.in, specifying your concern, the product you would like to exchange, and your preferred items. Please note that custom-made products are not eligible for return or exchange. You can also choose to receive store credit in lieu of an exchange. The shipping cost for any exchange is borne by the customer. Once the item dispatched from your end reaches our warehouse, the replacement product will be shipped to you and will arrive within our standard delivery time, without any additional cost. Please note that multiple exchanges are not allowed for a single order.
No exchange will be provided for products from the accessories, home décor, and baby product categories.
Items purchased during a sale are not eligible for exchanges or returns.
INTERNATIONAL
We ship worldwide, and there is a fixed shipping cost of 2500 INR for every order. Customers are responsible for paying additional import/custom duties and taxes, which are country-specific. USA CUSTOM DUTY UPDATE
We would like to inform our customers about an important change in U.S. import regulations that will affect all international shipments to the United States.
Due to new U.S. regulations, all shipments to the USA will incur duties and clearance charges. We remain committed to ensuring smooth and timely deliveries.
On July 30, 2025, the U.S. President issued an Executive Order titled: Suspending Duty-free De Minimis Treatment for All Countries.
Effective August 29, 2025, at 12:01 a.m. EDT, the United States has eliminated the de minimis duty-free threshold under 19 U.S.C. § 1321(a)(2)(C). This means that:
* No duty exemption will apply, regardless of the value of the shipment (even below USD 800).
* The rule applies to all countries of origin.
* It covers all modes of transport, including courier, air cargo, and sea freight.
* It applies to every method of entry.
NOW NEW CHARGES APPLICABLE ON SHIPMENTS TO THE USA AS PER THE UPDATED REGULATIONS:
* 50% Duty will be charged.
* 10% Surcharge will be added.
* A USD 14 clearance charge will apply to each shipment.
EARLIER REGULATION VS. NOW
* Before August 29, 2025: Shipments valued up to USD 800 under Business-to-Customer (B2C) and Customer-to-Customer (C2C) categories were exempt from customs duty.
* From August 29, 2025 onward: This de minimis exemption has been completely removed.
WHAT THIS MEANS FOR YOU
- All shipments to the United States will now require formal customs clearance.
* Duties and taxes will be levied on all goods, including low-value consignments.
* Customers may experience changes in transit times, additional customs documentation requirements, and higher overall landed costs.
* Providing complete and accurate shipment data is essential — incomplete or incorrect details may result in delays, penalties, or even customs seizures.
