SUVASA and/or its affiliates provide website features, products, and services to you when you visit or shop at Suvasa.in, use SUVASA products or services, or use software provided by SUVASA. SUVASA provides the services subject to the following conditions. This user agreement (“Terms and Conditions” or “T&C” or “Terms” or “Agreement”) is between you (“you” or “End User” or “Buyer” or “Customer” or “Registered User”) and SUVASA (“Company” or “us” or “we” or “Suvasa.in”). This document is an electronic record in terms of the Information Technology Act, 2000, and applicable rules thereunder, including the amended provisions related to electronic records in various statutes. This electronic record is generated by a computer system and does not require any physical or digital signatures. Notwithstanding anything contained or stated in any other document, if there is a conflict between the terms mentioned herein and any other document, the terms in the present T&C shall prevail for the usage of the Site.
INTRODUCTION
The domain name Suvasa.in is registered in the name of Suvasa Apparel and Furnishing Private Limited, a company registered under the Companies Act, 1956. Pursuant to a demerger order dated 15th December 2017, issued by NCLT Mumbai Bench, the "SUVASA Business Undertaking of Suvasa Apparel and Furnishing Private Limited" was transferred to and vested in Suvasa Apparel and Furnishing Private Limited, a registered company under the Companies Act, 2013, with its registered office at G1/42 RIICO Industrial Area, Bindayaka, Jaipur - 302012.
RIGHT TO CHANGE
Suvasa reserves the sole right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. For this reason, we encourage you to review these Terms and Conditions every time you purchase products from us or use our Website.

You acknowledge and agree that you shall not use, reproduce, or distribute any content from the Website belonging to SUVASA without obtaining authorization from us.
Users shall not upload, post, or otherwise make available on the Site any material protected by copyright, trademark, or other proprietary rights without the express permission of the owner of those rights. SUVASA is not responsible for providing any indications to assist the User in determining whether the material in question is copyrighted or trademarked. The User shall be solely liable for any damage resulting from any infringement of copyrights, trademarks, or proprietary rights. By submitting material to any public area of the Site, the User warrants that the owner of such material has expressly granted SUVASA the royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable, non-exclusive right and license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, and distribute such material worldwide, and/or to incorporate it into other works in any form, media, or technology now known or hereafter developed for the full term of any copyright that may exist in such material. The User also permits any other end-user to access, view, store, or reproduce the material for their personal use. SUVASA reserves the right to edit, copy, publish, and distribute any material made available on the Site by the User.
TRADEMARKS
The Site contains copyrighted material, trademarks, and other proprietary information, including, but not limited to, text, software, photos, video, graphics, music, and sound, protected by copyright as a collective work under applicable laws. SUVASA owns the copyright to the selection, coordination, arrangement, and enhancement of such content, as well as the content original to it. Users may not modify, publish, transmit, participate in the transfer or sale, create derivative works, or exploit any of the content, in whole or in part, without express permission from SUVASA and the copyright owner. Users may download/print/save copyrighted material for their personal use only.
If copying, redistribution, or publication of copyrighted material is permitted, no changes in or deletion of author attribution, trademark legend, or copyright notice shall be made. The User acknowledges that they do not acquire any ownership rights by downloading copyrighted material.
INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS COMPLAINTS
Suvasa respects the intellectual property of others. If you believe that your work has been copied in a way that constitutes any intellectual property rights infringement, please address a complaint to ‘Customer Care’ via email as provided below.
USER RESPONSIBILITY AND REGISTRATION OBLIGATIONS
If you use the Website as a Registered User, you agree that you are competent to contract within the meaning of the Indian Contract Act, 1872. SUVASA reserves the right to terminate your membership and refuse access to the Website if it is discovered that you are under the age of 18. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your User ID and Password and for all activities that occur under them.
You agree to provide true, accurate, current, and complete information about yourself as prompted by the Website's registration form or as provided when you access the Website via a third-party site. If any information is untrue, inaccurate, not current, or incomplete, SUVASA has the right to suspend or terminate your membership and refuse access to the Website.
BILLING
The price of our merchandise as mentioned on Suvasa.in is the Maximum Retail Price (MRP) for the said product, inclusive of local taxes applicable in India. Additional applicable taxes may be charged depending on the destination where the order is to be shipped. SUVASA reserves the right to collect taxes or other levies incurred in addition to normal taxes. Delivery charges, if applicable, will also be collected.
GIFT CARD & CREDIT NOTE POLICY
Gift Cards bought on our website will be sent via email. Physical copies of Gift Cards bought online will not be sent separately. Gift Cards purchased in INR can be redeemed on the website and across all shops in India, while USD and GBP Gift Cards can only be redeemed on the website.
CATALOG PRICING
Prices vary by country. You will be charged according to the price list associated with the chosen country, not by any conversion rate.
ORDER CANCELLATION BY SUVASA
SUVASA reserves the right to cancel any order for any reason. This includes limitations on quantities available, inaccuracies or errors in product or pricing information, or issues identified by our credit and fraud avoidance department. If your order is canceled after payment, the amount will be refunded within 30 working days.
SHIPPING & PROCESSING FEE
Shipping and processing charges compensate SUVASA for the cost of handling, packing, and delivering your order. For more details, please refer to our Shipping & Payment Policy.
PAYMENT
SUVASA is not responsible for any loss or damage arising from payment issues, including but not limited to lack of authorization or exceeding preset limits by your bank. Payments made on Suvasa.in shall comply with third-party payment gateway terms. You may be required to provide additional documentation to establish the ownership of the payment instrument.
DELIVERY
SUVASA endeavors to deliver products within the stipulated time frame but does not guarantee it. If delivery is delayed, SUVASA may charge additional shipping costs.
REFUNDS & RETURNS
SUVASA does not take title to any returned items unless they are received by SUVASA. Items must be reported as defective within 48 hours of receipt. Refunds are issued at the discretion of SUVASA. For more details, please refer to our Returns & Exchanges Policy.
WARRANTIES & LIABILITY
All products and services provided by SUVASA are on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. SUVASA makes no warranties, express or implied, and does not guarantee that the Website will be constantly available. You agree that SUVASA shall not be liable for any damages arising from the use of its Website.
INDEMNITY
You agree to indemnify and hold SUVASA harmless from any claims, liabilities, damages, and expenses arising out of your breach of this T&C or any violation of laws or third-party rights.
SEVERABILITY
If any of these conditions are deemed invalid or unenforceable, that condition shall be severable and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of the remaining conditions.
FORCE MAJEURE
SUVASA shall not be liable for any failure to perform its obligations due to circumstances beyond its control, including war, strikes, governmental action, or epidemics.
DISPUTE RESOLUTION
This agreement shall be governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New Delhi.
